What remains when experience itself can no longer be remembered?

Archive of Misremembering explores memory as an unreliable archive, something continuously rewritten through emotion, nostalgia, trauma, and personal interpretation. The collection inhabits the space between what happened and what we remember, where reality becomes distorted through the act of remembering.

Garments are made using narrative completion as a main tool; the pieces are fragmented, altered, layered, and reassembled. Like photographs, tickets, receipts, or objects left behind, they cannot preserve an experience itself; they only prove that something once existed. Their traces become prompts for reconstruction rather than records of truth.

This is an archive reconstructed from memory: fleeting silhouettes, gestures, and objects detached from the people and places they once belonged that can never be fully accessed again.
